To get a better idea in her own words, the interview she had with Bob Olsen is worth a read. However, it is a little weird that she’s relying so much on Bob Olsen’s recommendations. It’s just a hair shy of obvious name-dropping. It’s also where she reveals that she’s never studied under anyone and has developed her own method. While this is admirable, it may be unsettling for those who’d like an energy healer who’s certified in yoga or reiki.
