Just because it isn't clear doesn't mean your clairvoyant can't see into the future. Since nothing is set, everything is in a constant state of flux, arranging and rearranging itself in small ways.
If you ask your psychic a question about something already in flux, there may be no answer because there is nothing set to focus on. The current change or shift to hasn't taken a recognizable form yet.
For example, if you're asking for a reading about something that is currently changing, then it may not be clear what form your future will take. It will certainly take form at some point; it just hasn't taken form now.
This is especially true when you're asking about what someone else will do. A person in flux is more difficult to connect with if they're distant and if the psychic is trying to find them in the universe based on how another person thinks of them.
If you have a very stark, black and white opinion about them, the psychic is going to emotionally connect to this incomplete picture of this person and not be able to connect to them as one whole, complete person.
Even if you have a more rounded and holistic view of this person, they can choose to psychically block others. Those who do psychic or spiritual work may cloak themselves from psychic view from you or anyone you hire on their behalf.
